1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made for Crypto Breakout Scanner Premium subscriptions are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Why No Refunds?

Due to the nature of our service:

Instant Delivery: Premium features and alerts are activated immediately upon payment.
Digital Service: Our product is a digital service that cannot be "returned."
Crypto Payments: USDT (TRC20) transactions on the blockchain are irreversible by design.
Free Tier Available: We provide a free tier so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

3. Try Before You Pay

We strongly encourage all users to use our free tier first to evaluate the Service. The free plan includes:

5 breakout alerts per day.
Access to all 300+ USDT futures pairs.
Real-time WebSocket delivery.
Full dashboard access.

This allows you to experience the core functionality before committing to a paid plan.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You retain Premium access until the period expires.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You will automatically revert to the Free tier after expiration.

5. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion:

Service Outage: Extended, unscheduled downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours may result in subscription extension credits (not cash refunds).
Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate transactions will be reviewed and corrected.
Billing Errors: Documented billing errors on our end will be resolved.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund exception, please contact us at support@cryptobreakout.app with your transaction details. We will review each case individually.
